By creating an account or using InfraLens you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

The service

InfraLens provides network and device monitoring through a web dashboard, an agent installed in your network and a mobile app. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Accounts

New registrations are reviewed and may be approved or declined. You are responsible for your users, keeping passwords safe, and only monitoring networks and devices you are authorised to monitor.

Trials, fees and renewals

Trials last for the period shown when your account is approved. Paid plans are billed in INR as agreed; taxes are extra. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended.

Acceptable use

Do not use InfraLens to scan networks you do not own or control, to disrupt other systems, or to break any law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep InfraLens available and accurate but monitoring cannot guarantee that every failure is detected. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the previous three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Contact support@infralence.in for data export or deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
