This policy explains how InfraLens (“we”) handles information when you use infralence.in, the InfraLens agent and the InfraLens mobile app. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, organization name and city you provide when registering.
• Monitoring data: device IP/MAC addresses, hostnames, vendor/type, status and response times collected by the agent you install. We do not collect camera video, audio or file contents.
• Usage and security logs: sign-ins, IP address, browser and an audit log of actions in your account.

How we use it

To provide the service (monitoring, alerts, reports), to secure accounts, to provide support and billing, and to send service emails. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run InfraLens (hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Data is isolated per organization, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed. We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after closure unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and withdraw consent by emailing support@infralence.in. This address also serves as our grievance contact.
