Get alerted
Status updates automatically. When something goes offline, your team hears it on the app and sees it on the dashboard.
What it sends
Device status, response times and basic details such as IP, MAC, vendor and type. It never sends camera video or files.
How alerts flow
When a device stops answering, the dashboard updates, an alert is raised and your team gets an email and an alarm on the Android app.
